Improve Kiln System efficiency by:

• Reducing pressure drop in preheater tower components, i.e., replace existing with larger vessels and ductwork.
• Shorten Kiln and replace feed hood.
• Install new kiln feed conveying components.
• Replace clinker cooler fans.
• Expand process control computer system.
